K.E.Y. Programs • Life Stories
Coming Fall 2017
Register for one or both semesters of our Life Stories course! Leave a written legacy for your family and love ones. Enroll in one or both semesters of our Life Stories workshop series.
We all have a story to tell.
Our life experiences and stories shape us into who we are. Learn how to write your life story so it can be treasured by family and loved ones.
This course will take you from learning about memoirs to developing and writing your own to eventually creating a booklet that could be kept for yourself or given to family and friends.
Participants at all skill levels are welcome to register, including those who have never written before.
The Life Stories class is broken into two semesters. The first semester will focus on understanding different styles of memoirs and beginning writing exercises. The second semester will put your small writing pieces together into a finished product that can be printed, at your cost, by UWO Document Services. Each semester will meet six times, for two hours each.
Participants can register for individual semesters or both semesters at a discounted cost.
The fee for this program is $149 per semester. UW Oshkosh alumni, faculty and staff receive a $10 discount.
There are limited scholarships available. Please contact Julie Kiefer, Program Manager, for more information, firstname.lastname@example.org or (920) 424-3106.
Register for both semesters and save! If you register for both semesters, the fee is only $249. UW Oshkosh alumni, faculty and staff receive an additional $20 discount.
