UW Oshkosh is proud to offer a variety of programs focusing on women’s wellness. Our day programs provide give you the opportunity to focus on a topic and learn about improving the way you eat, sleep, destress and more. Our intensive retreat programming allows you so spend a longer amount of time focusing on YOU!

Weekend Retreats

Join us Oct. 19–21 at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake

You’re invited to our third annual fall retreat! We will focus on Emotional Wellness and Building Your Resiliency. These themes will frame the retreat’s sessions and we walk together through our wellness journey. Learn more 

UW Oshkosh’s Continuing Education Department provides quality educational programs based on Women’s Wellness. The Division of Onine and Continuing Education began this program in the fall of 2016 as a weekend retreat. A book of study is chosen for the retreats and breakout sessions revolve around the themes in the book. We have studied “The Blue Zones” books by Dan Buettner and “Younger” by Dr. Sara Gottfried. We have now expanded to Fall (October) and Spring (March) retreats along with night or day programs throughout the year that focus on a single topic. This programming is for women who wish to find time in their busy schedules to focus energy on themselves, improve their health & well-being, live a more vibrant life, and build a circle of support.
